Print "All Rights Reserved" Webpage

Print "All Rights Reserved" Webpage

Many sites and webapps (Google, Hotmail, Facebook, blogs, etc.) all have a "All Rights Reserved" statement on the bottom of the site. From what I know, it is illegal do reproduce content published under "All Rights Reserved" (my right to reproduce or remix the content is removed), so is it legal to PRINT a webpage with that statement attached?
I know that no one will know (or care) if the content (like a Facebook picture, some content on a blog, etc.) is printed for personal non commercial use, but is it legal to do so under US Copyright Law?
